VVC - Vectren Declares Regular Dividends at .335 Cents a Share

EVANSVILLE, Ind., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vectren Corporation (NYSE: VVC - News) announced the Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 33 1/2 cents per share, unchanged from the prior quarter. The dividend will be payable June 1, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2009.
