KMP Announces $1.05 deiviend per share

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 15, 2009-- Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) today declared a cash distribution per common unit of $1.05 ($4.20 annualized) payable on Aug. 14, 2009, to unitholders of record as of July 31, 2009. The distribution represents a 6 percent increase over the second quarter 2008 cash distribution per unit of $0.99 ($3.96 annualized).
