HCN - Health Care Reit, Inc Declares Cash Distribution of .68 per share

TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2009 of $0.68 per share. The dividend will be the company's 153rd consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 20, 2009, to stockholders of record on August 10, 2009.
