EQR - Equity Residential Declares Third Quarter Dividends
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR - News), today announced that the company declared dividends on its common and preferred shares.
The quarterly common share dividend will be $0.3375 per share and will be paid on October 9, 2009 to shareholders of record on September 21, 2009.
On July 29, 2009 the company announced that it expected to reduce its common share dividend to $0.3375 per share, an annual rate of $1.35, to reflect reductions in cash flow from ongoing operations and to better position the company to take advantage of opportunities.
