BXP - Boston Properties Declares Dividends of .50 cent per share

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Boston Properties, Inc. (NYSE: BXP - News), a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock for the period July 1, 2009 to September 30, 2009 payable on October 30, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2009.
