DOW - Dow Chemicals Sets .15 Cents Per Share Dividends

MIDLAND, Mich. (AP) -- The Dow Chemical Co. on Thursday declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.  The dividend is payable Jan. 29 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31.  Shares of chemical company fell 22 cents to $27.16 on Thursday.
