SRE - Sempra Energy Declares Common Dividends of .39

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - 12/18/09) - The board of directors of Sempra Energy (NYSE:SRE - News) today declared a quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share of common stock. The current dividend is payable Jan. 15, 2010, to shareholders of record on Dec. 30, 2009.
