MSFT - Microsoft Declares .13 Cents per Common Share Dividends

REDMOND, Wash. — December 9, 2009— Microsoft Corp. today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per share. The dividend is payable March 11, 2010 to shareholders of record on February 18, 2010. The ex-dividend date will be February 16, 2010.
