PGN - Progress Energy Declares .62 Dividends

RALEIGH, N.C., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Progress Energy's (NYSE: PGN - News) board of directors today declared a dividend on the company's common stock of 62 cents per share, payable Feb. 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of Jan. 11, 2010.
