AIV - Apartment Investment and Management Company Decales .10 Dividends
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Apartment Investment and Management Company ("Aimco") (NYSE: AIV, AIVPrG, AIVPrT, AIVPrU, AIVPrV, and AIVPrY), announced today the payment date for the fourth quarter 2009 regular quarterly dividend on its Class A Common Stock and the 2009 dividend allocation for federal income tax purposes.
In a press release dated December 18, 2009, Aimco reported the payment date for the regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended December 31, 2009, as payable on or before February 1, 2010, to stockholders of record on December 31, 2009. The payment date of this dividend will be January 29, 2010. This dividend is taxable in 2009.
