iMOBHQ Initiates Review of Royalty Trusts Segment

California, USA.  iMOBHQ.COM initiates a Segment Review of it's Royalty Trust Segment.  The Royalty Trust Segment is part of  it's Monitored Companies List.  The Segment Review process is a  regular procedure in iMOBHQ's portfolio review process.  The Royalty Trust Segment is one of the segments closely monitored by iMOBHQ.COM.  It is one of the segments that gives constant dividend streams.  

Part of this Review process is to look at the different companies that are currently monitored and companies that are not currently monitored in the same segment.  The Financial Statements of each company, Industry Outlook, and Industry Trends are some of the things iMOBHQ.COM looks at when it does it's Segment Review.  In addition, the review process includes Technical Analysis, SWOT Analysis, and Ratio Analysis of the companies within the segment.  SWOT analysis looks at the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of each companies within the segment.  Once the review process is completed, the top 3 companies are included in it's Monitored Lists.  In some cases, companies that are not part of the top 3 can still be included if the right mix of management track record, opportunities of growth, dividend consistency, and financial stability exists in the company. 

The following companies is a sample of the list that are currently being reviewed:

  • GNI - Great Northern Iron Properties
  •  LRTR - LL & E Royalty Trusts
  • MSB - Mesabi Trust
  • CRT - Cross Timbers Royalty Trust
  • HGT - Hugoton Royalty Trusts
  • DOM - Dominion Resources Black Warrior Trust
  •  North European Oil Royalty Trust
  • BPT - BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust
  • SBR - Sabine Royalty Trusts
  • SJT - San Juan Basin

Currently, Great Northern Iron (GNI), Sabine Royalty Trusts (SBR) and San Juan Basin Trusts (SJT) are included in iMOBHQ.COM's Monitored List of Companies. Other segments in the monitored lists includes: Oil and Energy, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), Master Limited Partners (MLP), Oil Tankers, Financials, Technology and Telecom, Utilities, and Transportation.
