PSEG - Public Service Enterprise Group Declares 34.25 Cents Dividend Per Common Share

The board of directors of Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) has declared a quarterly dividend of 34.25 cents per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2010. (NYSE: PEG)
All dividends for the third quarter are payable on or before September 30, 2010, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2010.
