Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: KMP) today increased its quarterly cash distribution per common unit to $1.15 ($4.60 annualized) payable on Aug. 12, 2011, to unitholders of record as of Aug. 1, 2011. The distribution represents a 6 percent increase over the second quarter 2010 cash distribution per unit of $1.09 ($4.36 annualized).
