ED - Consolidated Edison Declares Preferred Dividends

 

NEW YORK, NY, Feb 16, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (CECONY) today declared the following quarterly dividends on its outstanding shares of preferred stock, payable May 1, 2012, to stockholders of record as of April 11, 2012:

Cumulative Preferred Stock, 4.65% Series C           $1.1625
Cumulative Preferred Stock, 4.65% Series D           $1.1625
